I initially began my Yoga practice in 2008 for the physical benefits that I heard so much about. I realized immediately the mental and spiritual benefits as well! Yoga began to heal & strengthen me, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually; it helped quiet my thoughts and worries!! I felt so peaceful, strong and beautiful on & off the mat, learning to breathe properly and play in the poses, I thought “why isn’t everyone doing this!?” I knew this (as well as being a Mom) was what I was meant to do, live and share. Yoga saved me through some tough times along my journey thus far, it helps me realize that no feeling or situation is permanent; it helps me stay present and take one day at a time. I truly believe that if everyone took the time to step onto their mat they can feel happy and free.
I received my 200 YTT certification in 2015 in hopes to help others find Yoga. I teach to help others connect with their true Self, to create healing, peace, presence and self- love. My class focuses on breathing, proper alignment, fluidity, good tunes & fun in hopes we can all find meditation as we practice! Yoga is for all people, all ages, all races, all sizes, all religions & beliefs, all sexes, all classes, all levels (beginners to advanced), all physicality’s, all ailments, etc. if you can breathe you can YOGA, just ask how!
